Richard Wilson, Managing Partner

Richard Wilson is the founder and managing director of the Global Training & Certification Institute also known as the G.T.C. Institute. Due to the realization that most professionals receive very little if any practical training from their employer or school within their specific area of work Richard helped create the G.T.C. Institute to provide practical online training and certification programs for niche professions and industries such as Business, Hedge Funds, and Translation

Aravind Balusamy Ranganathan, Program Director

Aravind Ranganathan is the most recent addition to the G.T.C. Institute's team. Aravind is President and Chief Investment Officer of Saturn Capital Partners, LLC a long/short US based hedge fund. Aravind helps all investment and analytical business related certification programs that our firm offers.

Adriana Albuquerque, Director of Candidate Services

Adriana Albuquerque handles participant inquiries and research projects. She is responsible for running the Certified Translation Professional (CTP) program. Adriana also helps the G.T.C. coordinate our global networking events and speaking engagements. She has experience in working for a translation firm, market research, and online education delivery systems.

Charlie Barr, Technical Program Advisor

Charlie Barr is the G.T.C. Institute's technical advisor on video and audio programs supplied within all of our training and certification programs. Charlie helps produce DVDs, membership-based websites, recorded phone interviews, and overall training packages. Charlie's background is in conducting market research and multimedia product design.

Theodore O'Brien, Advisor

Theodore O'Brien is responsible for advising on technical aspects including web design, exam technology, and program planning. His background is in private equity and hedge fund market research, and he is a frequently published writer on these subjects.Theo runs one of the most popular websites within the private equity industry and is often referred to as a thought leader within the industry.

Ashley Wirthlin, Candidate Experience Manager

Ashley Wirthlin joined the G.T.C. Institute in 2009 to help with potential candidate inquiries and public relations activities related to our training and certification programs. Ashley is key to our organization's ability to now take on 200 additional participants per session, you will most likely work with Ashley after joining one of our programs.
