Question: I live outside of the United States, can I still earn a certification from the G.T.C. Institute?
Answer: Yes, we have crafted the G.T.C. certification programs so that you may take the test online from anywhere in the world. By using a dual layered IP tracking and password system, and by making the exam timed we allow participants to complete the examination from their place of work or home.
Question: What makes the G.T.C. Institute’s certification programs popular, why does anyone complete programs offered by your firm versus others?

Question: What makes the G.T.C. Institute's professional training and certification programs really different from others?
Answer: There are three main differences, which include focus, application and price.
- Our programs are very focused on practical niche areas of professional knowledge so you only learn that which is directly applicable and valuable within your field.
- The G.T.C. Institute’s programs offer practical knowledge which can easily be applied to a variety of positions, this helps employers register their employees for training within our programs.

Question: How much does the G.T.C. Institute's programs cost?
Answer: The tuition varies based on the program. We have two tiers of programs in place right now. Tier 1 programs are priced at $500 and Tier 2 programs are priced at $750. For example our Client Loyalty Specialist (CLS) Program costs just $500 where as our Internet Marketing Specialist Program costs $750.
Question:What are the prerequisites for the G.T.C. Institute's Certified Translatior Professional program?
Answer: Prerequisites vary based on the program, please see the individual websites for these certification programs for the relevant requirements for the program you are most interested in.
Question: How much will I have to study or prepare for exams within the Global Training & Certification Institute training programs?
Answer: This will depend on your previous exposure and work within the various programs and designations, but the typical amount of time expected is 100-150 hours of studying. Some students study as little as 75 hours while others study well over 200 total hours.
Question: What score do I need to pass the exams?
Answer: To pass you must earn a grade of 80% or higher. While the exam is designed to be rigorous and thorough most individuals who have read the required readings and invested a significant amount of time studying for the test should do well. The exam is offered 100% online so you may complete it from your place of work or from home if you wish. The exam uses a dual layered IP tracking and password system to prevent abuse and it has successfully been used with hundreds of program participants in the past.
Question: When should I expect to get my G.T.C. Institute program exam results back?
Answer: You will receive your test results back within 4 weeks of taking the exam.
Question: How do I receive my certificate upon program completion with the Global Training & Certification?
Answer: Everyone who completes the a G.T.C. Institute program is emailed their certificate upon passing the exam. If you are based within the United States you may provide us with your preferred mailing address and we will mail your certificate to you via traditional mail at no extra cost. If you are based outside the United States and you would like to be have a hard copy of your certificate please contact our team.
Question: What methods of payment are accepted for the G.T.C. Institute program fees?
Answer:Our website accepts web or fax-based credit card and debit card orders, payment by check, Western Union or Paypal are also accepted.
